Combined shipping on a multiple tree order is allowed and available to you.We can combine shipping.Customers in the Mid-West, The South and East will have a rate of $8 for the first tree and $2 for every tree after for combined shipping. Customers in the Western part of the country, shipping is $12 for the first tree and $3 for every tree after for combined shipping. I do not make any money on shipping and I can not continue to absorb high costs of shipping to West Coast. I will still be absorbing some coasts to the West as is but will continue to do so to make my customers Happy! Thanks. If ordering more than 10 trees please contact us first.
If ordering trees in winter (August through February) please keep in mind that your tree will most likely arrive in a dormant state. This is completely normal and to be expected.
Sorry we cannot ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Arizona, California or Florida due to agricultural restrictions.
JR’sMaples will refund or credit trees that arrive dead. To receive credit a picture must be taken and sent by email within 2 hours of the arrival time postmarked on USPS tracking. JR’sMaples is not responsible for the tree after it has arrived healthy and happy at its new home. Here at JR’sMaples that’s what we strive for, healthy and happy trees.
